The space is magical, candle (LED. safety first) lit with spacious ceilings and character and personality. Matching great flows and cues, with DJ'ed music is amazing. I'm so glad that I found Sutra! I had attended a few classes over the years, but there was a great deal on a 1 year membership that I couldn't pass up. I'm SO glad I got this membership! I've been going a few times a week for about 5 months, and each time I leave feeling so grateful for the experience. A few friends also joined at the same time, and we all love it. I'm struggling with how to put into words what this studio means to me. Little did I know that a quick google search for a nearby yoga studio would make such an impact on my life. The community, the culture and the connection I've experienced at Sutra has been priceless. Rebecca is truly a gem and the way she teaches is uplifting and inspiring. I'll admit I've been moved to tears (happy tears) multiple times as her words helped break down barriers in my mind or helped me appreciate the magnificent things my body can do. I always leave class with a sense of empowerment and love. The studio itself has an energy that makes you want to MOVE, the artwork is so cool and I love the themed classes that break the mold and open the door to people who want to nourish their body through yoga but don't want to get too woo-woo. (like my hubby). Rebecca has done a wonderful job of taking the spiritual aspects of yoga and making them approachable no matter what you believe. If you are into the more spiritual side of yoga, Sutra also has offerings to help nourish your mind, body and spirit. The connection of women meeting in Goddess Circle to hold space, support and uplift each other is something that is truly special. We laugh, we cry and we learn how to move through the world as empowered and whole women. Its something that is truly special and I encourage every woman I meet to attend a class! The music is unique and one of my favorite things about the studio! Matt is so talented with being able to mix songs that flow with the class. I find myself breathing to the beat all the time! It really takes this studio to the next level and makes getting your sweat on so much fun! Lastly I have to mention Rebecca, the creatrix, the mamma power, a warrior, a healer, an absolute ray of sunshine, an inspiration and a person I truly admire. She has taken the time to help me through physical pain with recommendations for poses or stretches and also taken the time to help me through personal pain with uplifting words and the worlds best hugs. If your feeling down she will help lift your spirits, if you feeling like a boss babe she will celebrate with you and shout your accomplishments from the mountaintops. She has been such a meaningful part of my life these past few years and the studio has truly changed who I am and who I'm becoming. I joined the studio looking for a way to keep my body fit, little did I know that what I've learned at Sutra extends far beyond my mat and has permeated every part of my life for the better. - Faith

Sutra is a beautiful studio. They know your name after the first class you take. They really go above and beyond for the experience during class, from the music to the lighting and take it to the next level with the themes of the classes. Highly recommend giving Sutra a chance. A Great Space To Grow The space at Sutra never disappoints, wether high energy event or personal healing session the offer is the same: take what you need, leave the rest. It’s a place of uplifting, good vibes, and healthy challenges. The studio feels like a second home. The movement and bodywork is motivated by medical knowledge to feel good, which it does. I’ve grown in strength, stability, and flexibility on top of healing a low back injury. But the best thing about being a student at Sutra is gaining the knowledge and awareness to meet my own needs, physically, mentally, and emotionally. - Amanda

This place is amazing!!! Best yoga studio in the valley hands down! You can’t find a yoga vibe that is so accepting of all bodies like you do at Sutra. Most studios act like they have the answers to “fix” you … but at sutra you are accepted as you are and shown nothing but love and a space to find yourself. Today marked my 4th class and I have to say I am really enjoying Sutra. When I left class I texted my friends that out of the many studios and You Tube videos I have tried, Sutra is my favorite yoga class of all time. I liked the mix of strength, balance and flexibility poses. My goals are to gain balance and flexibility, and I felt amazing leaving class. - Jessie
